Three Paths at the Automated Crossroads
Rapid advances in Artificial Intelligence as well as progress in robotics in the first quarter of the 21st century increasingly justify using the term ‘Automation Revolution’ given the speed and scale of the changes taking place. To give three examples of these developments: i) 'The new global average robot density reaches a record 162 units per 10,000 employees in 2023 - more than double the number measured only seven years ago (74 units).
